CUSTOMER RELATIONS SPECIALIST
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to offer administrative support to the office as well as support to our sweet customers. This position will include data entry, assistance via phone & email with online and wholesale customers, & care for in-person outlet shoppers. This is a full time position & applicants must be local to the Lexington, KY area.
Job Responsibilities:

Respond to customer service inquiries via phone, email, Facebook, & Instagram

Record customer feedback on products

Process returns and exchanges

Manage the Outlet Shop

Create promo codes
-
Be aware of upcoming promotions

Assist with photoshoot organization

Manage and process dropship orders
